I can't express how happy I am with the purchase of this bag! I lead a busy life and needed something big enough to throw all my daily stuff into without it looking like a hobo bag. I wanted something fitting for going out or casual without a lot of expense and this fits the bill. The handles and carry strap were wrapped snuggly in paper, and even the zipper and other metal fasteners were protected from scratches with paper wrappings.
