I can't express how happy I am with the purchase of this bag! I lead a busy life and needed something big enough to throw all my daily stuff into without it looking like a hobo bag. I wanted something fitting for going out or casual without a lot of expense and this fits the bill. I can't comment on the durability yet as I just got it, but after using it for a month, I can say I love this bag! For the price, I highly recommend!

The handles and carry strap were wrapped snuggly in paper, and even the zipper and other metal fasteners were protected from scratches with paper wrappings.
