I can't express how happy I am with the purchase of this bag! I lead a busy life and needed something big enough to throw all my daily stuff into without it looking like a hobo bag. The handles and carry strap were wrapped snuggly in paper, and even the zipper and other metal fasteners were protected from scratches with paper wrappings.
