I can't express how happy I am with the purchase of this bag! I lead a busy life and needed something big enough to throw all my daily stuff into without it looking like a hobo bag. This bag arrived very carefully packaged, with packing that ensured that the bag kept it's shape. The handles and carry strap were wrapped snuggly in paper, and even the zipper and other metal fasteners were protected from scratches with paper wrappings.
